Over 10 weeks, we worked side-by-side with the AI x Advanced Analytics leadership to craft a bold, practical Playing to Win strategy. Together, we:

  • Defined ING’s 2025 AI strategy across key banking journeys
  • Boosted team cohesion using the Insights Discovery framework
  • Created a focused execution plan with stakeholder mapping and tailored engagement
  • Aligned on the core capabilities and systems needed to scale AI with impact
