Syngenta's regulatory team faced the challenge of reimagining their conference when an in-person event in Basel was no longer possible. They aimed to create an engaging online experience that would effectively address strategic challenges, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful outcomes. The objective was to connect dispersed colleagues and collectively build the future of regulatory.

The solution: Three days of innovation and collaboration

Limelights designed a three-day online conference that captivated participants from start to finish. Each day was carefully structured to optimize engagement and drive results.

Day 1 - Strategy

Participants embarked on a deep dive into the main strategic challenges, exploring opportunities for growth and advancement. Through interactive sessions, they gained a comprehensive understanding of the landscape and identified key focus areas.

Day 2 - Projects

Action took center stage as 12 teams delved into the strategic challenges, igniting lightning-fast decision-making in a series of high-energy exercises. Each team focused on crafting innovative solutions related to new regulations, agile working, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Good Growth Plan. At the end of the day, the teams presented their projects, and a collective vote determined which initiatives would move forward.

Day 3 - People

Recognizing the importance of individual growth and purpose, participants embarked on a personal development journey. The Connections Cafe provided a space for networking, followed by inspiring talks that sparked reflection and motivation. In the afternoon, each participant crafted a personal Purpose plan, utilizing the 180 unique Miro tracks developed during the conference. These tracks fostered self-reflection and the creation of tiny habits that could be implemented the following day.
